Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Business Process Documentation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and improving the business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. In this role you will document current business processes using various tools and methodologies, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights about existing processes. You will Analyze documented processes to identify areas for improvement, streamlining, and optimization. You will develop clear and concise process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and written procedures. In the role you may facilitate process review sessions with stakeholders to validate documentation and gather feedback. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities for automation and integration to enhance process efficiency. Works collaboratively with other department managers to achieve departmental requirements and goals

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in business process documentation, analysis, and identifying process improvements.

- Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software.

- Understanding of technical relationships across multiple systems

- Ability to document operational and customer experience journeys

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma) is a plus.

- Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or related areas is desirable.
