An employer is looking for a Staffing Solution Architect to sit in Fairfax, VA. This candidate will be joining the company's growth office to help and aid with staffing strategies for upcoming proposals. This candidate will be an integral part in the proposal stage to create staffing plans including, staffing rationale, Labor Basis of Estimate (LBOE) development, KPQMs, script writing, and slide development. This candidate should be comfortable working with cross divisional partnerships and briefing senior leadership for their plan forward. This is a new role for this division so ability to be proactive and come with previous field experience is crucial.

10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience. (higher LCAT for the level 5)
Experience with FEDSIM and IAC MAC staffing solution development
Experience working with Business Development, HR, IT, etc to develop a staffing plan for government proposals
Ability to write and develop job descriptions, job categories, pricing, etc for submission to government proposals
Demonstrated success proposal development skills (writing and leading technical, management, staffing, resume, and/or past performance volumes for complex efforts)
Experience with traditional video, live orals, and / or demonstration proposals
Previous experience working for a large government integrator as the staffing strategist for large government proposals
Broad experience base (i.e. pricing, HR, proposal development, capture, program management, etc.)
Active Secret clearance Top Secret preferred (SCI eligible)
Experience in working with technical and management teams to assess requirements and convey into total proposal solution
Experience with working on solutions in an assisted acquisition environment, including FEDSIM
Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture and proposal teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
