Insight Global is looking for a remote Sr. Business Analyst working for a health insurance company in Virginia Beach, VA. This candidate will be working with the shared services and analytics team to provide reporting and analytics to the senior leadership teams for all departments within Operations- which includes Call Center, Auditing, Enrollment, Claims, and a few others.
In addition to reporting and analytics, this team is the technical support for the Call Center department in which they handle a variety of system implementations from new phone software to Workforce Performance Monitoring software and NICE applications (Sentiment Analysis, CXOne, etc...) This position will be providing a lot of support to the leadership team and the other analyst on the team for project and reporting purposes.

-3-5 years experience as a Sr. BA (preferably Healthcare)
-SQL (pulling data from Data warehouse, writing queries, joins to combine different tables, etc)
-Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and etc...)

-Project experience (Leading and working multiple projects) -- including drafting business requirements
