Insight Global is seeking International Visitors Program (IVP) Data and Reporting Analyst, in the DC area with strong data analysis and reporting experience to support a federal government client in Washington, D.C. We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented person interested in supporting an international global security program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Serve as the primary IVP Data and Reporting Analyst to the federal client
* Track all action items, deliverables, and progress related to the Program
* Support regional managers, internal vetters and requestors to monitor, track, and review requests
* Serve as an overall liaison for internal and external partners for the program
* Support coordination and tracking of all engagement requests managing deadlines, prioritization and conduct data quality review and reporting
* Develop and improve current program reporting processes
* Monitor, track, and log all action items and decision points for the project
* Assist with the management of program data and the SharePoint request tracking system
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned

* Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, International Studies or similar field
* 3+ years of experience in in program management supporting a federal agency
* Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 tools, and Power BI or similar dashboard capability required
* Proficiency with the full Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
* Exceptional editing and data analysis skills to ensure deliverables are error-free
* Experience with WebEx, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms
* Strong ability to lead coordination calls, meetings, and webinars, and manage direct reports
* Ability to obtain Public Trust
