* Issue badges (renewals, temporary or visitor) in accordance with the appropriate clearance level of the individual requiring access.
* Create, operate and manage Common Access Cards (CAC)
* Triage badge issues within the access control system to determine appropriate outcome.
* Assist with badge record keeping and audit.
* Perform badge custodian functions, including ensuring all cards are stored securely.
* Collect badges upon credential termination and work with Security Officer to support proper destruction.
* Have knowledge of a variety of access control systems, specifically Lenel
* Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF skills
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* HS Diploma
* The ability to obtain a security clearance
