Insight Global is assisting a family-owned petroleum client of ours in identifying a full-time HR Generalist/Office Manager for a permanent role they have open. This role is a full time position responsible for effective day to day administration of all HR functions including but not limited to benefits administration, talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll. This role also serves as the office manager.
Assists with developing new roles, as the need arises
Generates creative job listings to draw interest over other listings
Strategizes new ideas for recruiting
Perform initial screenings of all applicants
Works closely with third party security service to process new employee background checks
Creates offer letters for new hires
Manages new hire onboarding process
Acts as a liaison between the company and benefit carriers/vendors
Manages and maintains HRIS system
Maintains employee information in the secured HR Drive
Performs exit interviews
Responds to unemployment insurance related inquiries; may represent company in unemployment hearings

- 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience with TA/recruitment, benefits administration, ADP Workforce now, performance evaluations, exit interview and terminations, and office management tasks.
