The Network Analyst will maintain the integrity and availability of the ES voice and data networks. The candidate will monitor circuit outages, degradation and hardware failures and utilize various tools to isolate impairments in LAN/WAN network environments. The analyst will troubleshoot TCP/IP network connectivity across MPLS, VPN, and point-to-point WAN facilities. They will also report and escalate outages to the appropriate vendors and initiate backup procedures during network outages. The analyst will install and test communication equipment and perform communication fault isolation and diagnosis as required. Support disaster recovery testing for regions/clients and test backup circuits weekly. They will also review projects completed by Network Engineering and maintain network management tools. This person will provide incident and problem management support, as well as escalation/notification to management and provide 1st level Network Security monitoring and incident tracking.
