Insight Global is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support a leading provider of cybersecurity SaaS solutions. The Sales Operations Analyst helps ensure we drive revenue through the Salesforce.com (CPQ) resulting in a fast and efficient experience for the customer and the sales organization as well as accurate and actionable data for all other functions- finance, billing, marketing, support, product. The Analyst will work closely with Sales, Sales Management and Finance to assist with Salesforce.com order management, data governance, data accuracy, and targeted reporting activities- such as KPI dashboards. Responsibilities include:
- Fill key role in the management of Sales Operations case queue that houses contract submissions, edit reviews, and general assistance requests related to Salesforce.com- ensuring rapid and accurate completion of tasks
- Identify opportunities for process/system improvement and assist with the design and implementation of change requests- Gather user requirements, identify best path forward, submit case and assist with testing/validation through to completion
- Assist in the generation of documentation and supporting materials (to include training materials) on any user-impacting changes in Salesforce.com
- Assist with the activation process of contracts (new sales, amendments, and other legal documents) and the coordination with post-sales teams and resources from an operational/systems perspective
- Accountability for data integrity of Salesforce.com and other sales systems
- Support Sales and executive leadership team by fulfilling requests for custom reports and insights
- Experience with Salesforce.com- Salesforce Lightening required
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ required
- High aptitude and desire to rapidly grow your professional skillset
- Any level of educational degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of Sales Operations/Sales Support/Sales Enablement related experience
