Job Description

This role is responsible for development of the Ross ERP system, which includes writing GEMBASE DML commands, updating system tables & configuring the ERP. They will also be providing support of the Ross ERP integrations to other systems (EDI, WMS, TMS, etc).
Develop and maintain Gembase DML programs
Development, configuration, and implementation Ross ERP to various business.
Write, test, and optimize Gembase DML code to meet business requirements.
Design and implement Gembase database structures and objects.
Implement changes and improvements based on provided requirements documents
Collaborate with other developers to integrate Gembase DML programs with other systems or applications. Provide trending and continuous improvement items to development teams
Communicate and inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current ERP solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, including program specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of GEMBASE DML development and Rosss ERP (5+ years experience preferred)
Development skills cover Gembase/DML, .NET (C# & VB.NET), Java and HTML5
Proven work experience as Developer / programmer or similar role
Proven experience leading / mentoring a technical team
Technical understanding in a broad range of technology disciplines such as n-tier development, Java, HTML, XML, SSRS, Enterprise Application Integration, relational databases, application servers, and security services
Understanding and/or development of web services.
Ability to write and support complex SQL code.
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
