* Answering daily office calls and maintaining a calendar
* Preparing daily reports in Excel
* Assisting Technical Manager with administrative tasks
* Organizing files and work forms
* High school diploma or GED required.
* 1-2 years of experience in an office environment
* Customer service skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office
o Excel and PowerPoint
