* The position provides support to end-users on a variety of software and technical-related issues, as well as some hardware support. The successful candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in the support of multi-user hybrid windows/Mac environment. They will receive tickets through multiple channels, including JIRA, Slack, phone calls, and walk-ups. You must be able to collaborate with a variety of technical and management disciplines including infrastructure and security architecture, security operations, application development, project managers, product owners, and others.
* 2+ years as a helpdesk technician or a similar role
* Microsoft Intune
* Jamf
* Active Directory
* Experience with Mac OS & Windows
* Ticketing Systems (JIRA is what they use)
* Strong customer service ability and soft skills
