Insight Global is seeking a customer service associate who has experience in the healthcare industry providing phone service to patients/customers. On a day-to-day basis tasks involved running and utilizing multiple web-based systems at the same time. There will be healthcare jargon which must be understood prior to taking this job. This individual will be working the hours of 8:00 to 4:30 from Monday to Friday. The first 6 months are fully onsite in Norfolk, VA. After 6 months if performance has been good, this consultant will be eligible to work a hybrid model with up to 4 days/wk remote. The goal of the group is to retain and enable employees to utilize their skills and grow within their company.
