Insight Global is looking for a Sustainability & Procurement Analysis Coordinator to join a Multinational Company in the Richmond area. This person would be responsible for collecting, reporting, and analyzing data on cooperate social responsibility and procurement for the entire US Division. They also work on sustainability projects, check data quality, and coordinate with other departments and the parent company. The Sustainability & Procurement Analysis Coordinator is the primary contact with the sustainability function and should be versed in activities and performance in all sustainability focus areas for the US Division.
Responsibilities would include:
* Be the subject matter expert on sustainability and procurement data within the US Division Business Control organization.
* Establish, implement, and manage the reporting process for sustainability and procurement spend focus areas (monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, reviews / business update materials, long-range plan etc.).
* Lead the consolidation effort for sustainability and procurement related KPI´s, leveraging existing reporting tools and systems. In areas that require new reporting capabilities, work with Corporate and Group IT resources in designing, developing, and implementing new reporting tools.
* Create and track action plans to deliver on US Division sustainability and procurement targets. Tracking should be kept up to date on an on-going basis.
* Drive towards a common and consistent approach to sustainability and procurement information capture, definitional framework
* Ensure high-quality disclosure in the relevant ESG indices for the company and support internal/external communications regarding sustainability/ESG content.
* Gain and maintain a working knowledge of global sustainability frameworks and provide insights to the organization on sustainability networks/programs/certifications relevant to the US Division.
* Work with procurement personnel to identify opportunities to reduce environmental footprint and document cost savings for division.
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related fields.
* 5 years' experience in an analytical role (preferably including a sustainability scope)
* Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting systems.
* Previous Academic courses in Environmental Sciences
