Top Secret Cloud Engineer

A client in the DC/Metro or Northern Virginia area is looking for a Top Secret cleared Cloud Engineer to join their team. This candidate will work primarily remote, with travel 2-3 days per month to federal stakeholder or cloud service provider sites. The primary responsibility of this candidate will be to migrate a large number of systems to the stakeholder-preferred cloud platform. The client is looking for someone with a strong foundation in cloud knowledge who is eager to learn and grow within a company.

Top Secret Clearance (read on at SCI for program)

Bachelors degree in IT/Cyber or related field

Hands-on experience supporting a cloud PMO or experience selecting cloud architecture, security environment, and/or building out demos for clients

- 7+ years of experience working with one of the following clouds, guiding clients through cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, Google or Oracle), and providing consultative services

IATII certification

Strong communication (client facing role)

Google or Oracle cloud experience

Experience selecting RMFs (Risk Management Framework) and managing security environments

Located in Arlington, VA or within 20mi radius
