Insight Global is looking to add a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst to our client's team in the Towson, Maryland area. Our client is going through a re-platform of their IT systems (consisting of a reporting, processing, end user portals) and are in need of a Quality Assurance Analyst to assist with recommendations on improvements for the redesign. This individual will use CMMI to analyze systems, meet with stakeholders, and advise them on system improvements. They will be working closely with the Quality Manager to ensure program improvement efficiencies are aligning with Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) outlined under the contract. This person will provide assessments and evaluations of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities of systems, modification processes, change control processes, and system interface and reconciliations.
2+ years of experience analyzing program management improvement processes
Experience auditing IT systems and processes
Experience in an agile environment
Experience supporting end user applications
Strong communication skills
