The Software Licensing Specialist will manage inventory of software licenses for multiple COTS products, ensuring compliance and timely procurement.
* Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of software licenses
* Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure software license renewals/procurements are initiated, approved, and completed on time
* Obtain license pricing information from vendors
* Highly focused, energetic customer service orientation
* High level of organizational, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and attention to detail
* Ability to understand technical concepts and IT environments
* A sense of ownership about task completion
* Ability to work with executive and expert level personnel
* Ability to report on progress and issues upon request
