* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving educational outcomes for veterans and their dependents.
* Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations on program performance and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
* Stay up to date with industry best practices, research findings, and policy changes related to veterans' education and employment outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing data collection, privacy, and reporting.
* Providing final quality assurance on all project deliverables to ensure top quality products are delivered to the customer.
* Performing administrative duties such as approving timesheets, monitoring and updating the project budget, performing quality assurance audits to ensure internal ISO and CMMI standards are being met, etc.
* Proven experience in program management, preferably in a government or educational setting.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on program outcomes.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse group of professionals.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
