As the Human Resources Manager, you will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for managing employee relations, onboarding, and training and development of employees. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

· Collaborate with the corporate HR lead team and HR Project manager to develop strategies for improvement
· Manage multiple union contracts and department records
· Assess talent and lead succession planning
· Find solutions and resolve conflicts

* BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
* 5+ years of experience as a professional HR Generalist in a plant
* 5+ manufacturing environment
* 3-5 years working in a union environment
* Excellent capabilities in Microsoft office -Knowledge of key performance indicator (KPI) and metric based HR management
