REMOTE Data Center Environmental Permitting Program Manager

Summary:

The main function of a Data Center Environmental Permitting Program Manager is to manage environmental due diligence, environmental permitting acquisition and approvals, and support compliance activities during site acquisition, design, and construction.



Job Responsibilities:

* Manage environmental due diligence and environmental permitting acquisition and approvals.

* Support compliance activities during site acquisition, design, and construction.

* Responsible for the development and on-time delivery of environmental permits to support construction of data centers.

* Regularly collaborate with key Microsoft stakeholders, including legal, design, construction, and operations teams.

Skills:

* Strong Background in environmental permitting and compliance

* Strong background in project management

* Advanced knowledge of environmental permitting programs, remedial investigations, remediation strategies and execution, site conceptual models, and site management plans.



Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or relate degree required.

*10+ years of relevant experience required.
