Insight Global is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join one of our fortune 500 clients in the Richmond, VA area. This will be a fully remote position that will be working EST hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to learn quickly. They will be responsible for ensuring that the company follows any legal requirements when performing its business activities. They will be responsible for analyzing internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. They will create, modify, update, and implement the company's policies. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, data analysis, organization, process improvement, and risk assessment. They will be working with the Director of IT Risk Management and one of the lead analysts on the team.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
* Create, modify, update and implement the company's policies.
* Help develop risk management strategies.
* Design ongoing training programs for employees of the business.
* 3+ years of experience in compliance or auditing.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to take direction from senior management.
