·· Prepare high-visibility technical writing products, including reports, official letters, white papers, talking points, memoranda, standard operating procedures, and other materials
· Capture meeting minutes and develop meeting summaries, agendas, and other materials
· Conduct research and analysis about NSTAC-related activities, including relevant policies, strategies, study topics, events, companies, and individuals
· Apply the Associated Press Stylebook and/or DHS client-specific templates and writing guides to work products
· Coordinate and provide on-site support for meetings/events
· Ability to provide peer reviews and constructive feedback
· Provide virtual and on-site event support
· Apply the Associated Press Stylebook and/or DHS client-specific templates and writing guides to work products
· Possess strong technical writing capabilities and experience in preparing several forms of writing products in an IT or cyber workspace
· Experience serving as a sole notetaker, capturing meeting minutes for up to three hours, and writing meeting summaries
· Comfort capturing meeting minutes on a computer for virtual meetings and by hand for on-site meetings
· Experience with stakeholder engagement/management
· Bachelor's degree
