As the Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist for Modernizations, you will be responsible for pursuing large opportunities that help our customers modernize their equipment pursuing opportunities for both plan/spec and design/build or direct-to-owner projects.
This role is a great fit for you excel at building relationships, have outstanding customer service and love working with cross-functional teams. This is the ideal role for those that are adept at assessing and understanding both the immediate and future needs of customers.
This role will sit in the Washington DC metro area; however, will work remotely.
- 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, specifically performing system upgrades to equipment such as boilers, chillers, air handlers, or split control systems
- Valid Driver's License
- Some level of sales experience and ability to persuade key stakeholders
