We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Copywriter/Editor to join our dynamic team at a large health care company. As a key member of our Compliance and Legal team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our Medicare letters, adhering to all regulatory and legal guidelines.
Responsibilities:
-Edit and proofread Medicare letters: Review and enhance the content of Medicare-related communication materials, ensuring they are clear, concise, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
-Maintain compliance: Collaborate closely with legal and regulatory experts to ensure that all Medicare letters meet industry standards, safeguarding against any potential legal or compliance issues.
-Communication improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the readability and overall quality of Medicare letters, while maintaining a strong focus on meeting the needs of our diverse audience.
-Adapt to changing guidelines: Stay up-to-date with evolving Medicare regulations and requirements, ensuring that all copy and content align with the latest industry standards.
-Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Service, to gather relevant information and ensure consistency and accuracy across all materials.
-Quality control: Conduct thorough reviews of Medicare letters to identify any grammatical errors, factual inaccuracies, or discrepancies that may impact the credibility of our communications.
