Financial Analyst

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Monthly Financial Management:

* Partner with business functions on OPEX spend tracking & accrual computations for month-end

* Prepare month-end calculations/entries and load into SAP with appropriate supporting documentation

* Analyze actuals to forecast/budget and tracking of POs/commitments by function; Support variance to forecast explanations for monthly reporting

* Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and document in the Blackline system

* Prepare and distribute monthly cost center reports

Forecasting & Budgeting:

* Support the preparation of annual, quarterly, and long-term financial forecast through close coordination with the various commercial functions/teams

* Consolidation of US OPEX budgets/forecast and loading into system (IBP)

Additional:

* Provide ad hoc analyses and support to senior leadership and Global FP&A team

* Partner with business functions to offer financial insights in business decision making

* Support SOW approval process (resolve finance review follow-ups, ensure accurate and timely approvals in line with the Delegation of Authority)

* Support internal and external audit requests

* Continue to improve processes with finance team to create process efficiencies to further enhance and standardize month-end closing processes, reconciliations, reporting and quarterly forecasting/annual budgeting

* Support tax inquiries and reporting as needed quarterly and annually

* Update financial policies/procedures annually as requested.

- Bachelors of Science within Accounting, Finance, or related degree

- 2-5 years experience with financial analyzing

- Hands on with SAP
