VMS - QA Analyst

* Developing a test plan for overall VMS testing workstream

* Developing VMS system and UAT test cases/scenarios

* Executing VMS system testing and tracking defects

* Facilitating UAT for client stakeholders

* Thoroughly testing all change requests before moving to production

* Staging data for testing

* Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Services, or related study preferred)

* 2+ years of experience in testing or support of a Vendor Management System (VMS)

* Strong familiarity with SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Coupa Contingent Workforce, 3Story Software, Vector, or equivalent

* 3+ years of experience with project-based software implementation methodologies

* 3+ years of experience in a corporate setting (Within MSP/Staffing industry preferred)

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (familiarity with XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)

* Working knowledge of internet browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge)

* Strong detail-oriented organizational skills

* Clear verbal and written communication skills

* Clear ability to set and manage expectations around deliverables and timelines.

* Willingness to speak up, ask for help, and receive coaching.
