Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Systems Application Support Specialist who is comfortable working on-site downtown to support an enterprise size client. Their work with entail supporting and troubleshooting phones, technical project issues, laptops, some networking, and mostly applications/Microsoft Office apps. This position requires a strong infrastructure background and customer service personality being that everything they work on will be supporting a direct end user and potentially an in-person user. This is a long-term contract with extensions and some other duties consist of:

- data network management

- workstation setup

- server file management

- some wireless hardware

- printer hookup (network)

- incident and service requests

- application response support

- application troubleshooting

- Microsoft Office Suite support

Required Skills & Experience

- strong infrastructure foundation (hardware, software and other IT)

- ability to interpret problems and provide analysis and solution

- IT documentation experience within Teams and Sharepoint

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

- 4 years of IT experience overall

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- has supported government agencies or integrators previously

- has helped support any sort of migrations
