Job Description
The CyberArk Engineer applies current analytical and logical thinking to the design, architecture, development, evaluation, testing, and integration of Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems and components to elevate the security posture of the program. The CyberArk Engineer may be involved with commercial, custom and/or government computer product vendors in the design, evaluation, and architecture of state-of-the-art secure Privileged Access Management and Identity & Access Management (IAM) applications. Attention to detail, honesty, out of the box thinking with a problem-solving mindset, being able to work under pressure, and being able to deliver on tight delivery schedules are very much desired skills. The successful CyberArk Engineer will be comfortable working with a variety of different operating systems and applications, security challenges, and troubleshooting various complex issues. * Primary focus is on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure in order to design and implement solutions.
- This is a hands on keyboard administrator position. The CyberArk Engineer will be responsible for the operations & maintenance life cycle of a selected security focused PAM technology. This is not an analyst position.
- Manages and maintains all aspects of PAM related solutions, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), and system health.
- Develops methods and criteria for achieving objectives.
- Submission of Configuration Change Management requests
- Analyzes and remediates vulnerabilities of PAM system and components.
- Implement major and minor version upgrades
- Administration, management, and day-to-day operations of PAM systems
Required Skills & Experience
- An active Secret security clearance is the minimum required with the eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI.
- Must be able to obtain DHS suitability prior to starting employment
- Provide PAM troubleshooting and testing
- Support PAM projects and project management personnel throughout the full software development lifecycle
- Manage technology roadmaps with each product and propose briefs and reports to elaborate on recommended actions based on best practices
- Perform full product testing to the length of the products capabilities as required by the customer and the program
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- A Master's degree in a related discipline may be substituted for 4 years of experience
- Professional experience may be substituted for a degree

- Troubleshooting with Networking, Windows Operating Systems, and Linux Operating Systems
- Experience with SAFe, the Agile methodology, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Creation and configuration of certificates and certificate chains
- Active Directory and RedHat IDM\
