A client of Insight Global is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join the night shift team sitting fully on-site in Chantilly, VA. This position is responsible for maintaining environment uptime and improving customers' computing experiences through effective maintenance, problem identification and resolution activities. Candidates must be energetic and focused with a strong motivation to learn modern technologies and maintenance processes. This position requires dedication, persistence, effective utilization of provided resources and the ability to deliver superior customer service as there will be over 200 end clients they will support.
-Willing to work shift: (11:45pm - 8:15am); Mon - Fri
-Comfortable working in a team oriented and fast paced environment
-Strong customer service experience
-1+ year of IT remote helpdesk support of troubleshooting and resolving tickets
-Experience with SLAs (service level agreements)
