Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst for one of the top healthcare companies to join the reporting team. This position is responsible for developing an extensive expertise in the corporate data systems. Responsible for gathering requirements, performing analysis, supporting the development, and testing of reporting, and understanding the applications, data, and associated technologies for supported areas.
The Data Analyst is additionally responsible for working with various Operational Departments, Information Systems, and Data Warehouse teams to implement regulatory and support ongoing organizational objectives including gathering requirements, performing analysis, supporting the development, and testing of DW Tables and processes, and understanding and documenting the applications, data, and associated technologies for the team. They will work closely with Program Integrity and Compliance, departmental business owners and regulatory agencies to ensure understanding of requirements are fully vetted and that the reporting accurately reflects requirements.
* 3+ years of progressive experience as a data analyst or related experience
* Experience pulling/analyzing data in SQL
* Experience in SQL coding
* Experience in healthcare
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* Experience within Medicare/Medicaid
