This candidate will be the first line of support when handling any issues and errors with the press. The issues could be simple such as replacement of a blown fuse, or more complex such as replacement of bearings/drums, or software related to if the press isn't communicating properly with the onboard PC. Candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively via phone support with the onsite technician as to how to fix problems and guide the tech remotely to bring problems to resolution.
- 0-3 years experience troubleshooting printer issues, press issues, electrical components or mechanical issues
- Indigo Press hands on break fix skills, if no Indigo experience, then need to have strong electrical and mechanical skills
- HP Indigo Series 2 (5000) or Series 3 (7600) troubleshooting experience
