Proposal Writer - Remote

Day to Day:

* Our client, a leading information technology service provider for government clients, is looking to bring on a Federal Proposal Writer to their team. This person collaborate and develop the written response to Federal Proposals. Responsibilities are listed below:

o Support content development for Request For Proposal (RFP), Request For Information (RFI), White Papers, and other client-facing responses.

o Engage with the Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, Lead Solution Architect, and other proposal team members to develop content to include, yet not limited to: Management Approaches, Staffing Plans, Past Performances, Resumes, Executive Summaries, WIN Themes, and Call Out Boxes.

o Support Content Library initiatives to include but not limited to uploading reusable content onto SharePoint, editing archived content for future use, and consolidating files/folder structures for more efficient access.

o Identify repeatable strengths and strategies to incorporate into new or existing reusable content documents.

o Edit content to streamline prose, improve focus, sharpen structure, and reduce word count (one-voice or technical edit).

o Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the proposal writing community regarding processes, tools, and templates

* Minimum of 3 years of federal proposal writing experience

* Bachelor's Degree
