Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead a team of 10-12 technicians to support a security solutions company in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will serve as the liason between the client and the customer on active security projects, review documents submitted from the sales team and schedule technicians to track overall project progress. This employee will report to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis and must complete all work within the allocated time frame, coordinate ordering of equipment, attend internal meetings, and deliver successful service to customers. This person must be organized, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate scheduling and time management experience on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of project leadership within security and low voltage systems (equipment, service, and installation)

- Demonstrate scheduling experience with time management experience

- Proven leadership skills to effectively coach, guide, and motivate the team



Analytical mind with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Current or ability to obtain DCJS Certification

- Outstanding organizational, logistics, communication, and problem solving skills
