Job Description

-Works alongside department leadership to provide consultation and education to division leaders and staff regarding change management methodologies and principles related to the department's function and areas of responsibility.

-Participates in planning and implementation of department-initiated change management strategies and programs, including support for ongoing monitoring.

-Designs and prepares moderate reports and creates communications and presentations in support of department change management operations or special projects utilizing available business tools such as Microsoft Office applications, report writers, databases, or proprietary and/or commercial information systems.

-Support development of change management strategies, to include an actionable and targeted plan for communications, stakeholder management, training and change readiness, metrics, and evaluation.

-Develop and track organizational readiness metrics, including risk and resistance mitigation plans.

-Establish timelines & milestones; schedule and monitor activities.

-Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) Activities

-Apply a change management process and tools to support creation of strategy to foster adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative

-Coordinate with program teams and business leaders to execute change strategies to support program objectives

Required Skills & Experience

-2+ years of change management experience

-Sharepoint experience

-Reporting experience within Word, Powerpoint, Excel

-Strong communication and organization skills

-Ideally local to Virginia, but if not - candidates must sit in VIRGINIA, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, INDIANA, MARYLAND, NEVADA, NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, SOUTH DAKOTA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, WASHINGTON, WISCONSIN, WEST VIRGINIA, AND WYOMING.
