Responsibilities:
Our TA team is growing, and we are adding a strategic Technical Recruiter to help increase and scale our efforts to achieve our hiring goals. In this role you will be:
* Responsible for leading the hiring efforts tied to our technical organizations and for hiring top technical talent for roles tied to our CIO, information security, software support (preferably SAP Resources), and business technology teams
* Identify, source, and message the best of the best technical talent at all levels, for niche and evergreen roles
* Build effective partnerships with business stakeholders. Shape outcomes with hiring based on data and market trends
* Own candidate lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring candidates experience an exceptional level of service throughout their journey with Groundswell
* Think outside of the box and utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies, and techniques to promote Groundswell as an employer of choice
Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing of technical talent for a software product company (preferably SAP positions) either in a corporate role, contractor, or as an agency recruiter
* Experience Recruiting for SAP resources
* ATS experience
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and time management), and work both independently (self-starter) and as a team (team-building skills including courtesy, professionalism, customer focused/mission driven, and a "do whatever it takes attitude")
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners
* You are passionate about the strategic search for top technical talent and enjoy writing customized and tailored messages, you have the proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition, and you have proven success sourcing and hiring high level positions with niche skills sets
