Insight Global is looking for a qualified Sitecore Administrator to join one of our clients based in Charlottesville, VA. This position will be fully remote and the candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Responsible for strategy, management, performance, optimization, updates, and analytics Sites
* Accountable for personalization and in-flight optimization roadmap of .org experience
* Works closely with the digital content lead and data analyst to improve SEO performance and holistic consumer journey
* Works closely with enterprise content management, platform product owners and UX to design and deliver new web experiences.
* Accountable for significant improvement in website visibility, increasing traffic and engagement of monthly visits, increased YOY growth in traffic, increased site engagement, improved search, improved mobile experience.
* Agency management and cross-functional team management.
* Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital content role
* General communications and marketing knowledge or experience and interest in content marketing strategies
* Experience with vendor management
* Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation
* Very high level of organizational and time management skills
* Flexibility in competently juggling competing priorities and changing expectations
* Fluency in English required, knowledge of additional languages would be useful
* Proficient using standard office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Willingness to ask questions rather than just follow directions is required.
* Must demonstrate good judgment and mature business skills
