An employer is looking for several engineers sitting remotely, specifically in TX state would be ideal. This role will be apart of a developer support team assisting enterprise users and customers on developer related issues. These issues could range from an API related issue, Azure platform troubleshooting, and fixing code. This is a customer facing role supporting large customers.
3+ years of customer support mainly in dev support
3+ years of technical experince in the following:
Knowledge of .NET framework and how to develop ASP.NET applications using C# and VB OR Java/Python
CSS and HTML exposure
Working knowledge of Visual Studio
HTTP requests understanding
Knowledge of Azure App services or any cloud services
Needs to be able to write basic coding samples*****
