Job Description
A client is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team. This position can sit fully remote, with expectations to travel to HQ. This person will be reporting to the VP of Sales and COO. In this role, you will leverage your established relationships within hospitals, health systems, and facility staffing—including travel, allied, per diem, and permanent placements—to drive new contracts and accelerate revenue growth. You will own the complete sales lifecycle, encompassing prospecting, contract negotiation, pricing and service structuring, client onboarding, and collaboration with operations to ensure seamless delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience within Nursing Recruiting as a Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Account Executive, etc.
An active book of business or "rolodex" of facility client decision makers
Negotiation and pricing experience in staffing contracts; ability to close large deals and hit ambitious new-business quotas
No non-compete or non solicitation agreement
