Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Engineer Technician who supports a range of technical activities across electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical systems. In this role, you will assist in the design, construction, testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and components. You will work from engineering drawings, schematics, manuals, and written or verbal instructions while supporting the operation and testing of complex machines or computer-based systems.

Required Skills & Experience

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum 6 years of relevant technical experience, or an Associate Degree with at least 2 years of related experience.
•Fully proficient in technical skills with the ability to work under limited supervision.
•Ability to identify and resolve routine technical issues using established processes.
•Strong communication skills for working with teams inside and outside the department.
•Experience working with complex machinery, instrumentation, or computer‑based systems.
•Strong troubleshooting abilities across multiple technical domains.
