Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager for a top healthcare analytics and payment integrity client. The work authorization is not specified and the rate is between $110,000-$130,000. This individual will join an AI-first product team focused on shifting Coordination of Benefits from traditional retrospective recovery into proactive, pre-pay prevention. The role sits at the intersection of revenue cycle, eligibility, clearinghouse capabilities, and modern AI tooling—supporting automated cost avoidance and improved accuracy across health plans and providers. This is an accelerated growth opportunity for a product-minded professional eager to experiment, build interactive AI agents, and help scale a hardened, enterprise-grade COB platform with real financial and operational impact.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in product management
Experience at a health plan, clearinghouse, payment integrity vendor, or provider organization
Foundational understanding of Coordination of Benefits (COB) concepts
Understanding of payer–provider interactions across the claims lifecycle
Experience with EDI transactions
Active use of AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exposure to revenue cycle, COB recovery workflows, eligibility verification, or claims adjudication
Familiarity with Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) or Medicaid COB programs
Agile or Scrum experience (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
SQL, advanced Excel, Tableau, or BI/data tool exposure
Product certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic) or formal product management coursework
