Insight Global is seeking a Safety Officer to support one of our Financial Services clients in Salt Lake City. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing a comprehensive organizational safety program, ensuring compliance with all legal and internal safety standards. Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, evaluating facilities and practices, conducting training sessions, monitoring compliance, investigating and tracking incidents and accidents, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full‑time position requiring 5 days per week onsite in Salt Lake City.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience in a related safety, compliance, or facilities role; Credit Union or financial services experience preferred.
-In‑depth knowledge of applicable safety laws and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, ADA, and SDS.
-Strong understanding of safety procedures, emergency management concepts, planning, analysis, and risk‑mitigation methodologies.
-Proven experience supporting emergency response activities, including scheduling and leading evacuation drills and managing building safety testing (e.g., fire alarms, water pressure, life‑safety systems).
-Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
-Experience using safety management and emergency notification software to track compliance, incidents, and communications.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Working knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures (preferred).
