Job Description
The Finance Controller oversees core accounting operations and ensures accurate financial reporting and U.S. GAAP compliance. They manage monthly close activities, cash flow, banking reconciliations, and lead cost accounting across materials, labor, overhead, freight, and production variances. The role partners closely with operations and executive leadership to analyze gross margins, pricing, and profitability, supports budgeting and forecasting to achieve revenue, EBITDA, and margin targets, and drives ERP/HRIS process improvements. They also help establish cost standards for new products while fostering cross functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong team culture.
PR: 110K - 140K according to experience that is applicable

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
EPICOR and/or extensive ERP/MRP knowledge and process control
7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on manufacturing
Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, cost accounting principles, and internal control systems
Strong analytical skills and expertise in advanced Excel functions
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in process improvement and cross-department collaboration within manufacturing environments
Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and increase shareholder value in a fast paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
DCAA government Cost Account Standards (CAS)
