Job Description
Role Overview:
Insight Global's client is seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce DevSecOps Administrator to join their Engineering department. In this role, you will help manage and optimize the Salesforce Release Management processes and our DevOps ecosystem by managing platform configuration, ensuring data integrity, and implementing new features. This position will work closely with other team members to support the organization's goals.
D2D:
-Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Copado platform, including managing security and access control, managed package updates, and Salesforce releases.
-Provide insight and updates to stakeholders regarding the upcoming managed package and
Salesforce releases.
-Manage deployment pipelines, release orchestration, and continuous integration/continuous
deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
-Analyze deployment metrics (frequency, success rates, cycle time) to drive continuous
improvement.
-Partner with Security and Engineering teams to complete regular internal system audits.
-Implement process automation to streamline repetitive tasks in Copado DevOps Orgs.
-Collaborate with Engineering Teams and Release Management to gather requirements, translate
business needs into technical solutions and implement those changes.
-Enforce application security and privacy policies, including business continuity plans.
-Provide support and training to Copado users.
-Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
-Manage Installed Packages in coordination with Partners to update and maintain supportability.
-Configure and maintain version control integrations (Git (GitHub) repositories, branching strategies, merge processes)
-Analyze deployment metrics (frequency, success rates, cycle time) to drive continuous
improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
-3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin
-3-5 years of experience with Copado (SF DevOps Tool)
-Experience with production launch readiness and cloud-based deployment models.
-CI/CD concepts and DevOps methodologies (integration, automated testing, and deployment automation)
-Skilled communication skills at all levels of an organization.
-Expertise with Git-based control systems.
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
