Job Description
Work collaboratively with quality assurance, software development, and product management to ensure the creation of quality products that meet customer needs.
Design, maintain, and improve testing, automation, monitoring, and quality automation at various phases of the software development lifecycle (e.g., integration test suite, regression test suite, smoke test suite, production testing, etc.).
Help monitor and investigate issues to identify root causes and insights to improve software quality.
Organize exploratory, automated, and other testing efforts for comprehensive test coverage.
Provide mentoring and technical leadership to members of the team.

Required Skills & Experience
BS or MS in Computer Science or related highly preferred.
4+ years of professional experience as an SDET/Software Engineer.
Experience working in an enterprise environment with multifaceted projects.
Experience within a Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud preferred).
JavaScript experience for scripting.
Proficiency in one or more modern application frameworks (Node.JS, React.JS, Vue.JS).
Proficiency in one of more testing frameworks (Unit Testing, Playwright, Appium, etc.).
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in a staffing or healthcare environment.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
Bullhorn for Salesforce experience.
