Job Description

Prepare and review quality documentation including policies, procedures, processes, and First Articles to ensure compliance to internal and external requirements
Conduct internal audits of products, processes and procedures and act as a credible escort for internal and external auditors
Understand the design intent, requirements and specifications of our products as well as the manufacturing processes, process controls and failure modes
Provide support in development and evaluation of product and process capability, process control plans, analysis of conditions, and process audits with the objective of improving process performance and capability.

Required Skills & Experience

AS9100 Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with an organization at all levels
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM)
6+ years of experience in a Quality Role in a manufacturing environment
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD8a) Trained
Experience with Dimensional Inspection Techniques
Lean or Six Sigma experience
Experience with Advanced Quality Processes (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, 8D, A3 Problem Solving)
Compliance and Regulatory experience
Understanding and use of the DMAIC Process: Define, Measure, Analyze
