Overview: One of our higher education clients in the Salt Lake City area is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to step in and support project workflows while a team member is on leave. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in tracking tasks, turning requests into actionable project items, and serving as a communication bridge between teams. They will ensure that all projects within their group are making progress and will act as a liaison between teams as needed throughout each week. This position requires someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and can master new processes with training and hands on learning.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Attend project-related meetings, ensuring delegated tasks and requests are documented and assigned in workflow.
Track overall meeting discussions and document outcomes/updates
Monitor project progress and follow up with team members to address blockers or delays in a kind and professional manner.
Receive additional requests, interpret requirements, and ensure they are transformed into actionable projects/tasks.
Apply proper workflows for various types of assets, including emails, webpages, billboards, and more.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with strategic priorities and deadlines.
Track individual projects to ensure outdated materials are replaced promptly and or are assigned to a team member
