Job Description

One of Insight Globals clients is seeking a Sr. Director of Human Resources to join their team in their manufacturing plant in Draper, UT. This individual will be responsible for driving transformation and aligning their workforce with strategic goals and collaborating with various departments to ensure HR strategies are effectively implemented. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HR leadership within a regulated manufacturing environment and a proven track record for managing large-scale transformation and change initiatives. They will have 2 direct reports including a Sr. HR Business Leader and Sr. HR Specialist. This role is 5 days a week onsite in Draper, UT. The salary range for this role is $200k-$250k/yr.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related fields and proven prior Human Resources experience in strategic planning and leadership.
15+ years of experience in Human Resources
Significant experience in a manufacturing plant environment (ideally 1500+ employees in the plant)
Experience leading and going through major transformations workforce planning, succession planning, etc.
Extensive experience with Change Management
Strong leadership and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred
Masters Degree
