Job Description

Overview: One of Insight Globals higher education clients in Millcreek, UT is searching for a Product Manager to join their team! This individual will be responsible for leading the integration of an evaluation system into the clients current education system. This includes integrating tools to support educator training and real-time, on-the-job evaluations. They will work closely with both internal and external evaluators, technical teams, and high-level stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and efficient processes.

Day-to-Day:

Oversee the implementation of the new tool and its processes to support teacher training and evaluation

Collaborate with evaluators and stakeholders to understand their needs, define problem statements, project timelines, and deliverables, and improve the evaluation process

Develop and maintain detailed process maps to identify and address potential challenges

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations and technical teams, to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations

Negotiate project scope, timelines, and resource allocation with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Ensure the successful integration of evaluation systems across different departments

Required Skills & Experience

Must-haves:

Proven experience in product management, preferably within a medium-to-large sized organization

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experienced in the discovery phase of the product management lifecycle

Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and technical teams

Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field

Located in or willing to relocate to Millcreek, UT upon contractual conversion

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

Masters Degree in a relevant field
