Cybersecurity Cloud Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Cybersecurity Cloud Engineer to join one of their top banking clients in Midvale, UT, supporting their Enterprise Information Security team. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in cloud security engineering and implementing security controls in the cloud. This individual will be responsible for integrating necessary cybersecurity protocols and security checks into a Google Cloud Platform environment using CSPM tools. They will collaborate heavily with the Cloud Engineering team to build Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks and other secure cloud objects. Additionally, this individual will conduct security checks on new code submissions to ensure compliance with security policies. This individual will also serve in a mentorship role to junior engineers on the team.

4-6+ years of experience in the following
- Experience in Cloud Security Engineering and Cloud Security Cluster Management
- Proficiency with CSPM tools and Terraform (Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Palo Alto CNAP Platform)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Strong experience and understanding of security controls and best practices in cloud environments
- Ability to work dynamically and adapt to changing security requirements

- Relevant certifications (CISSP, Cloud+, Sec+, CCSP, Certified Cloud Practitioner)
- Experience implementing Behavioral-Driven Developments (BDD)
