PMO Senior Program Manager ServiceNow Initiative

Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a ServiceNow project team for one of our education clients. We are looking for Individual that can lead a highly collaborative team that can complete the integration between Smartsheet and ServiceNow PPM along with building the proper amount of tracking and training at a program level. Overall ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions aligned with organizational objectives.



In the first thirty days of the role this individual will be getting familiar with the team, current processes, then build a framework with stakeholders to begin executing as they approach day 60. This will require an Individual that can lead a highly collaborative team that can complete the integration between Smartsheet and ServiceNow PPM along with building the proper amount of tracking and training at a program level.

Must Haves:



10+ Years in project management and program management, particularly following Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices and Agile concepts



3 years + of Enterprise Level Program Management



Experience in managing complex, large-scale projects with cross-functional teams



Experience with the ServiceNow PPM platform



Proven experience as a Program Manager with a focus on ServiceNow projects.



Proficiency in using project management tools and platforms, including:



Smartsheet



MS Excel



Lucidchart



MS Visio



Demonstrated ability to navigate and excel in dynamic and fast-paced environments.



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field



PMP certification required

Plusses:



PgMP certification highly preferred



Experience with the ServiceNow PPM platform implementations



Six Sigma Green Belt highly preferred



Experience setting up PMOs



Prior experience with data integration and ability to understand technical jargon
