Job Description

A client of Insight Global is building out their onsite helpdesk / desktop support team. Team members will be working emails, answering phone calls, Fresh Service for tickets. They will be doing remote and in-person, hands-on support. Tasks include managing inventory, shipping out equipment, full-service helpdesk/desktop support - user access, password resets, application support. Need a great attitude and customer services skills - will train you on technical skills. Looking for future employees who want to grow with the company long term.





Compensation:

$18/hr to $20/hr.



Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

* Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in something computer related or 1-2 years of Helpdesk/technical support experience

* Strong customer service skills

* Basic knowledge of PC hardware

* Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems

* Basic troubleshooting skills

* Ability to pick up new things and systems.
